目前國內無紙面石膏(gao)板生產(chan)線的(de)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)程度還未(wei)實現(xian),現(xian)處(chu)于手(shou)動(dong)(dong)和(he)半自(zi)動(dong)(dong)水平,受(shou)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)水平的(de)限制(zhi),國內的(de)無紙面石膏(gao)板的(de)質量(liang)和(he)產(chan)量(liang)均不能(neng)滿足市場(chang)的(de)需求;為了解(jie)決以上存(cun)在的(de)問題,本設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)提供了一套(tao)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統;其所采用的(de)方(fang)案是:該自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統包括(kuo)中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室、溫(wen)度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、配料工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、成(cheng)型工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸送(song)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、烘干(gan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、各個工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之間(jian)通過(guo)(guo) MELSCNET/H 網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)系統環(huan)網(wang)(wang)連接,構(gou)成(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)層;各工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)通過(guo)(guo) CC-LINK 網(wang)(wang)與(yu)智能(neng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)、變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)連接,構(gou)成(cheng)現(xian)場(chang)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)層;生產(chan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)采用分布(bu)(bu)式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統, CPU 模(mo)塊選(xuan)用西門子(zi)(zi) S7-300,現(xian)場(chang)I/O 模(mo)塊采用西門子(zi)(zi) ET-200S,人機(ji)界(jie)面 HMI 為西門子(zi)(zi) WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)上位控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中心 SCADA 通過(guo)(guo)冗余工(gong)(gong)(gong)業以太網(wang)(wang)相連,從而(er)實現(xian)生產(chan)過(guo)(guo)程的(de)集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)實時數據(ju)統一管理(li)。設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)級(變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)、分布(bu)(bu)式 I/O 等)采用現(xian)場(chang)總線通訊。電(dian)氣(qi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)主要包括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)員(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、現(xian)場(chang)各類檢測(ce)元件。
