目前(qian)國(guo)內無紙(zhi)面石(shi)膏板生產(chan)線(xian)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)化程度還未實(shi)(shi)現,現處于手動(dong)和(he)半自(zi)動(dong)水(shui)平,受自(zi)動(dong)化水(shui)平的(de)限(xian)制(zhi)(zhi),國(guo)內的(de)無紙(zhi)面石(shi)膏板的(de)質量和(he)產(chan)量均(jun)不能滿足(zu)市(shi)場(chang)的(de)需求;為了(le)解決以(yi)上存(cun)在的(de)問題,本設備(bei)提供了(le)一套自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong);其所采(cai)用的(de)方案是:該自(zi)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)包括中(zhong)央控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室、溫度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)、配(pei)料工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、成型工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、切斷工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、橫向輸送工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、烘(hong)干工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、各(ge)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)之(zhi)間(jian)通過(guo)(guo) MELSCNET/H 網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)系統(tong)環(huan)網(wang)(wang)(wang)連(lian)(lian)接(jie),構(gou)成控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)層(ceng);各(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)通過(guo)(guo) CC-LINK 網(wang)(wang)(wang)與智能控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)設備(bei)、變(bian)頻(pin)器連(lian)(lian)接(jie),構(gou)成現場(chang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)層(ceng);生產(chan)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用分布(bu)式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong), CPU 模塊(kuai)選用西(xi)(xi)門子(zi)(zi) S7-300,現場(chang)I/O 模塊(kuai)采(cai)用西(xi)(xi)門子(zi)(zi) ET-200S,人機界面 HMI 為西(xi)(xi)門子(zi)(zi) WinCC。各(ge)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)和(he)上位控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心 SCADA 通過(guo)(guo)冗余工(gong)(gong)(gong)業以(yi)太網(wang)(wang)(wang)相連(lian)(lian),從(cong)而實(shi)(shi)現生產(chan)過(guo)(guo)程的(de)集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)實(shi)(shi)時數據統(tong)一管理。設備(bei)級(變(bian)頻(pin)器、分布(bu)式 I/O 等)采(cai)用現場(chang)總線(xian)通訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)設備(bei)主要包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)員站(zhan)、現場(chang)各(ge)類檢測(ce)元件。
