目前國(guo)內(nei)無(wu)紙面(mian)(mian)石(shi)膏板生產(chan)線的(de)(de)自動化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)還未實(shi)現(xian)(xian),現(xian)(xian)處于手動和半自動水平,受自動化(hua)水平的(de)(de)限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),國(guo)內(nei)的(de)(de)無(wu)紙面(mian)(mian)石(shi)膏板的(de)(de)質(zhi)量和產(chan)量均不能滿(man)足市場的(de)(de)需求;為(wei)了解決以(yi)上(shang)存在的(de)(de)問題,本設備提供(gong)了一套自動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統;其所采(cai)用的(de)(de)方案是:該自控(kong)系(xi)統包括(kuo)中(zhong)央(yang)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室、溫度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)、配料(liao)工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、成型工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸送工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、烘(hong)干工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、各(ge)個工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間通(tong)(tong)過 MELSCNET/H 網(wang)絡系(xi)統環網(wang)連接,構(gou)成控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)絡層;各(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)通(tong)(tong)過 CC-LINK 網(wang)與(yu)智(zhi)能控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設備、變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)連接,構(gou)成現(xian)(xian)場網(wang)絡層;生產(chan)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用分(fen)布式(shi) PLC 控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統, CPU 模塊(kuai)選用西門(men)子 S7-300,現(xian)(xian)場I/O 模塊(kuai)采(cai)用西門(men)子 ET-200S,人機界面(mian)(mian) HMI 為(wei)西門(men)子 WinCC。各(ge)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)和上(shang)位控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心(xin) SCADA 通(tong)(tong)過冗(rong)余工(gong)業以(yi)太網(wang)相連,從(cong)而實(shi)現(xian)(xian)生產(chan)過程(cheng)的(de)(de)集中(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和實(shi)時數據統一管理(li)。設備級(變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)、分(fen)布式(shi) I/O 等)采(cai)用現(xian)(xian)場總線通(tong)(tong)訊(xun)。電氣控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設備主要包括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)、PLC 控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)、SCADA 操作(zuo)員站(zhan)(zhan)、現(xian)(xian)場各(ge)類檢測元件。
